Or should do 100% resin for the exterior? I am new to the bondo biz so any tips would be great. Does anyone else have experience doing that? I feel like if I did 100% bondo jelly it would be too thick and loose some details of the helmet. Next step for the exterior I was thinking of doing a 50/50 mix of bondo jelly and bondo resin. So far I have cut out and glued the cardstock together and laid down 1 layer of resin then a layer of resin/fiberglass both on the interior for strength. You will need to PM him on his facebook page or therpf to get the file. Before you ask no I can not share the file because Fierfek made it and is selling it. I got this awesome pep file from Fierfek of the SW Storm trooper helmet.

This is my first major build using cardstock pepakura and resin, bondo, and fiberglass.
